This research by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD UK) investigates how recommender algorithms on TikTok and Rumble expose UK minors to antisemitic content — often without any explicit intent from the user. The findings come against the backdrop of the UK’s Online Safety Act (OSA), which came into force in July 2025 and imposes duties on platforms to protect children from harmful content, including content which incites hatred or violence, and to take steps to exclude it from recommender systems.
